THE CHALLENGE
Our team at WOW Factor Media developed a digital strategy for Fifth Avenue Collection aimed at pairing high fashion jewellery with the ever-changing buying patterns of the digital consumer to capitalize on the exponential reach of online avenues. We created a social selling program where one customer can be turned into hundreds with no additional work.
The logo needed to be created with Fifth Avenue Collection as the parent brand, yet be recognizable enough to run as it’s own campaign.
OUR APPROACH
Following the shopping trends of the digital consumer and existing direct selling markets, WOW Factor Media created an in-depth strategy and brand focused on targeting event-based shopping for one of the largest markets in its existing demographic. We developed a “social show” platform designed to engage entire guest lists providing a framework for the wedding/bridal section of their marketing strategy.



Individual bridal micro-sites where guests can login and shop were the core of the online social selling strategy.

ROLL OUT TRAINING
Training a sales team of more than 10,000 independent jewelers worldwide on how to promote Project Radiance required a comprehensive training guide and informational print copy.
